Hey everyone!!
It was getting hard to consistently post daily about the challenge, as I quickly realized a lot of the things I was eating and doing were very repetitive.
BUT I wanted to provide an update as I have just about 6 weeks left!
I thought it was going to be a lot harder to stick to clean eating, working out often, and getting in those steps.
The truth is, I have been trying to become a morning person for about a year and this challenge finally gave me the motivation I needed. I now get up 2 hours before the start of work and walk or run 2 miles. It makes me feel refreshed and ready for the day. AND it’s even better that I wake up to a nice clean room!
The aspect I am struggling with is remembering to journal and meditate at the end of the day. I am reading every night but sometimes forget the other.
For my weekly self care routine, I have been getting massages, getting my nails or hair done (not every week, just some examples!), and just doing things that make me happy :)
I really do feel like this has become less of a challenge and more of a life style change.
