How Unresolved Trauma Leads to Anxiety

I wish more people knew that when there are emotions that go unresolved and unaddressed, they don't just magically vanish out of nowhere...

but in reality, they get stored deeply in our bodies, where it then feels as though we get anxiety "out of nowhere"

or for "no reason."

The body ALWAYS knows and remembers.
