1st. The why…

I’m 23 & have been vaping since I was about 15, so yes i was addicted. I’ve never tried to quit before or really even thought about it till this year. Actually ive tried once this year already, this was my second time this year & succeeded. I started waking up in the morning with back pain & the feeling of my organs being swollen. (Ik weird but only way i can explain it lol) but it was uncomfortable & got me to start thinking i needed to quit. I also was getting mild headaches & when walking losing my breath like if i was on the phone or walking with a friend & talking im too young for that to be happening. &&& it’s expensive if you break that habit to more money in your pocket!! That $20-$30 adds up.

2nd. The how…

If you are truly addicted, I’m not going to lie this is possibly going to be one of the HARDEST things you’ll ever do. I was an emotional roller coaster the first 2-3 weeks. From pissed off to crying randomly to hating everyone & being irritated.

I made the decision to quit cold turkey… within that day i was crying & contemplating if i really wanted to quit in the vape store parking lot, then i remember they make ZERO NICOTINE vapes!!! You might think it’s dumb but it WORKS. I also downloaded an app to count the days I’ve gone without nicotine to remind myself. When you’re withdrawing things get a little foggy and the withdrawals are REAL. The first 2 weeks are rough the only reason i made it through was having a no nicotine vape, YES your body is withdrawing from nicotine but the no nicotine vape TRICKS your mind into thinking you’re getting nicotine bc it’s still a vape & your body is used to the habit of doing it.You can do it if you are dedicated and want your health to be better & TO SAVE MONEY. If i can do it you can do it!! 🩷🩷🩷
