Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs 🥚

Deviled eggs are one of my all time favorite dishes and snacks. From classic to Paula Deans to even these that a guy I’m dating made for us recently! 🍳 (he’s always cooking for me and I love that)! 👅

Ingredients

1 dozen eggs

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/8 cup of mustard

8 oz smoked salmon, cut in slivers

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Paprika and dill for garnish

Directions

1. Boil eggs on medium high heat for 8-10 minutes.

2. Place the eggs in an ice bath until cool enough to handle. For best results, peel the eggs immediately. Cut the eggs in half. Carefully remove yolks to a mixing bowl and set aside whites on a platter.

3. Mix yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper until smooth.

4. Scoop into egg white halves and garnish with paprika.

5. Take salmon slivers and place on top of each egg.

6. Garnish with dill and serve!
