Blue light glasses are life savers! I used to strain my eyes like crazy to the point I would pop blood vessels in my eyes and my eyes would super dry! I found a good brand on Amazon and I’ve been buying the same ones ever since! ❣️

Always decompress after work! Very essential to your daily mental health❣️
