If you baru dapat kerja, will you follow kawan kerja u?

Today I nak share pengalaman I EXPOSED my social media to my colleagues

I ni segan sikit sebab I kan banyak buat content 😆

Personally, I think

🚫 DONT FOLLOW & UNHIDE 🚫 kalau colleagues:

• belum rapat

• tak pandai simpan rahsia

• suka mengata belakang orang

AND boleh jejaskan suasana kerja you.

My experience > I lupa nak hide my boss my stories. Then everyone dapat tahu yang I’m a content creator. I segan lah nak mengajar kalau students tahu, lagipun lepas kejadian tu I banyak kena buat content for company & dah anxious nak post my contents 🥺

✅ CAN FOLLOW ✅ kalau colleagues:

• memang rapat sangat & boleh dipercayai

My experience > I share everything & follow my fellow worker sebab kitorang memang selalu tolong each other. Lagipun most of the time memang kitorang banyak buat kerja sama sama dekat nursery.

By the way, follow je kalau korang rasa selesa 🫶🏻
