TeamLabs Exhibit Tokyo- Is it Worth It?

teamLab Planets is by far the best of all the Team Labs locations. This interactive museum is super fun, colorful, and breathtaking. Here are some tips to ensure that your visit is worth it!

Plan your outfit- some of the exhibits have mirror floors, so if you are wearing a short skirt, everyone will be able to see underneath (I wore a skort and it worked fine). Long pants are also not recommended because there are areas where you will get wet up to your knees!! Shoes are also not allowed, and you will be provided a locker to keep all of your belongings. you can borrow foot covers and pants if needed!

Book your tickets early- you can select your time to visit when you book online. Prices start at 3800 yen (~25 USD) I recommend booking in advance and booking for earlier times and during the weekdays. no matter when you visit it will be extremely crowded, but these times will give you a better chance at a smaller crowd.

Really soak it all in- the rooms are all so beautiful and you really get to let yourself feel. everything is so interactive and beautiful, and overall, the way they move people through is very organized.
