1 piece of wholemeal wrap, 1 avocado, 1 egg, cheese, and some salt and black pepper for seasoning.

Steps:

1. Mash the avocado and garnish with black pepper.

2. In a medium bowl, beat eggs with salt and scrambled it.

3. Heat a wholemeal wrap and place avocado, cheese and egg.

4. Wrap it and cut into triangle shape to enjoy!
