Don’t scroll away because I’m here to introduce a pork-free delicious Thai cuisine with affordable price!

Haven’t been back to Nong & Jimmy in 5 years.

It was one of the restaurant I went for authentic Thai food those days when there weren't many around.

Food is still good and the place is air conditioned now without those pesky flies during the old times😆

Food review:

1. Fried Sotong

It’s salted egg flavor fried sotong (squid).

Mixture of skinny and plump

pieces that creates some crunch! The meat was tender and batter was creamy and salty😋

2. Thai Fish Cake

Huge pieces of fish cakes!Very dense and good.

Can taste the vege-ness inside and is very generous.

3. Pandan Chicken

It was soft, juicy and really tender!

Spices was there, and wrapped with just 1 pandan leaf🤩

4. Thai Crispy Omelette

Very Crispy! But this was a little too oily for my liking.

5. Thai Style Clam

Steamed with Thai chilli, herbs and limes making such aromatics and piquant flavours!

The clam meat was big and fresh too😋

6. Pineapple Fried Rice

It’s a must try dishes in every Thai restaurant! Absolute yummy🤤

7. Buttermilk Crab

It's so delicious! Meat tastes fresh and sauce was creamy and flavorful🦀️

8. Mango Sticky Rice

Very authentic!

Mango was sweet and large cuts, sauce was creamy and not too sweet, rice was true thai grain rice which was very nice.

It’s really a good places for gathering and dinner🤗
