A new brunch place in Cheras — Cafe Review 🌳

This is a new chic brunch place in Cheras — Estate Coffee House with a warm-toned, bright lightning and modern decorations, and soulful setting whose windows peer out wistfully on a tall, slender tree.

This cafe serves hearty meals for breakfast and lunch.

They have variety choice of dish in the menu and also lots of pastry.

Foods review:

1. Steak It (3.5/5⭐️)

Australian strip loin with herb butter & rosemary mushroom cauliflower rice, onions, mesclun salad, grilled cherry tomatoes & zucchini.

The steak was tender but seasoning might be slightly light.

2. Nasi Lemak Bertingkat (4/5⭐️)

Ayam berempah, toasted coconut flakes, sambal, egg, Japanese kyuri, cherry tomatoes, ikan bilis & peanut.

Highlight is the fried chicken. The rempah gives it a 'kacang putih' taste w hint of curry leaves.

Sambal spiciness also just right.

3. Hash Brown Breakfast Stacks (4.5/5⭐️)

with chicken meatloaf, crispy young mango tempura, fresh tomato salsa and pesto mayo.

Chicken meatloaf is good, moist with crispy edges.

4. Chimichurri Pasta (4/5⭐️)

It blends Italian, French and Argentinian influences, tossing spaghetti in a herbaceous sauce of chopped parsley, vinegar and olive oil, bolstered by duck confit that's delightfully chunky and juicy.

5. Pad Kra Pao Pasta (3.5/5⭐️)

It’s very flavourful with good spicy kick. Chicken was also crispy and juicy.

6. Cream Pasta (3.5/5⭐️)

It’s a carbonara pasta with steak, steak was tender and flavorful, carbonara sauce was rich and tasty.

7. Primavera Risotto (4/5⭐️)

It’s a cream cheese risotto, shredded duck confit, fluffy

meringue, mesclun salad & pomegranate.

Rice was cooked well and sauce was thick and flavorful, but the pretty cloud tasted too eggy, not that good.

It’s quite a great brunch place for friends and family to gather, ambience and environment are nice!
