Clear skin overnight 🌙

I have combination skin, struggled with acne my whole life (since adolescence) and this is the most soft my skin has been.

What did I do?? SO SIMPLE :

1. At night slugging, I would either lather my face with casteroil or Vaseline/aquaphor or both right before I go to sleep. I saw this tiktok about how ur cells regenerate when ur sleeping and when they have that under them you are building a healthy skin layer/barrier

2. Redlight therapy, I bought two different wands and I use them as needed sometimes every other week or once a month (during my period) to zap any blemishes or scars / smooth my skin out

3. Casteroil under my eyes- it has helped so much with my eye bags I put it before I go to sleep and when I wake up

4. Sunscreen once a day in the morning / on my neck

5. When I wear makeup: stop using toxic makeup wipes and wasting money. I use cleansing balm with a microfiber makeup wipe that’s reusable !!!
