Let’s talk about Imposter syndrome

While working on this self portrait I had an epiphany….When I was a child, I used to think once I became an adult, that everything would make sense and I’d have it all together. At 30, I laugh at this idea. I’m still confused….often. About, everything. Taxes, scheduling doctor’s appointments, budgeting, this list goes on. I think as I got older, I just got better at faking it until I make it. And if I could talk to my younger self, I’d let her know that there’s never a point where all of our problems go away, we just reach a point where we know how to handle them better
