🗾First and foremost, the service at this hotel is top-notch. As a first-time traveler to Japan, I was initially overwhelmed by the complex public transport system. But the staff at the concierge were incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all my questions in English and saving me a lot of time that would otherwise have been spent communicating through Google Translate.

🍳And let's talk about the breakfast - it's absolutely delicious! The coffee machine at the restaurant makes amazing matcha lattes, and you can drink as many cups as you want. I personally had four cups, and they were all amazing. Even if you don't opt for breakfast, the hotel lobby has a beverage station with free coffee and tea, perfect for warming up after a long day out in the cold.

🚉The hotel's central location is another major plus. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to the Gion district and a short car ride from Kyoto station. And if you're someone who loves late-night suppers, you'll be happy to know that the hotel is located near the Snajo and Teramachi shopping district, where the restaurants stay open late.
