Naughty ❌ Nice ❌ somewhere in between ✅

I offhandedly mentioned to my man that it would be fun to go to the Vancouver BC Christmas Market. For those who don’t know, the Christmas Market features vendors selling all sorts of trinkets, jewelry, ornaments, etc. it’s outdoors, and if shopping for stuff isn’t your vibe, they’ve got live music, plenty of food, photo ops and rides 💕

I mentioned this to him not thinking anything of it, only for him to book, plan and surprise me with an entire weekend in Vancouver 🇨🇦.

While the food is nothing to write home about (this part of Canada has the same restaurants and similar food scene to Seattle, so the food was GOODT but not necessarily new or exciting) the city itself was beautiful. Tall buildings, sprawling waterfront and no shortage of shopping. The market was delightful and I haven’t been to one like it anywhere else.

The only part where we messed up is that the intention was to buy gifts for everyone in our lives. It ended with him buying me a bunch. Honestly though, I love that for me 💕
