If you are a single mom you need to read this

I am the first one that needs to take this advice because sometimes it could be so overwhelming! Today I had a breakdown. Horrible long day. My baby has been so sick with a fever (I have it under control and went to the doctor). It’s been so stressful and I hate seeing my baby so ill 😭. I be blaming myself for everything, he got sick because of me, he’s not getting better because he’s spitting out the medicine, etc. any little comment from his dad or anyone really gets to me and I already think everything it’s my fault. Mom guilt it’s my worst enemy right now. But I have to be so for real right now because he’s okay, and safe, thanks to me! I’m his safe space and I want him to always feel like I’m his safe place.

I know it’s hard to be kind to ourselves because we are worse critics but YOU ARE THAT GIRL! Strong and resilient and I’m proud of you for doing the dang thing without someone’s dusty son🩷
