Birth plan

The most important thing about this is that both you and your baby are safe.

Do not stress a birth plan. Make one simple and straightforward. I stressed mine since I was like 5 months and nothing went as planned. It was kind of disappointing and that’s why we don’t stress expectations.

Birth it’s unpredictable. Don’t be asking around other woman’s experiences and traumas. It’ll make you more nervous. Every labor and delivery it’s unique.

Don’t pay mind to people wanting to give you advise from the 90’s. Don’t let them make you feel bad for your choices when it comes to birth and post partum. It’s about you, not them.
