I chose to do the Deep Forest Therapy as my body was aching from climbing 250 steps during the water rafting activity. I did the 90 minutes session which cost IDR 375,000.

So finally, as for the review on the massage, it was really relaxing. 😌 if I did not remember wrongly, this would be my first time trying out Balinese massage. It is really different compared to the Thai style massage that I am more used to (more stretching). Balinese massage is more relaxing as they rub the massage oil on my body. I could even fall asleep 💤 during the massage 🤭. Is it worth the try if you ask me? Definitely yes! Really love the ambience and aesthetic of the place. Massage was real relaxing & the staff would always check up on you whether the it’s ok anot. The staff were all really nice and they could explain and recommend the type of massage of your preference.
