Entryway style tips

A console table in the entryway is a great way to store miscellaneous items when coming and going. This is a renter friendly design idea too, especially if space is limited. Make sure you add a console table that has room for storing items. I use the drawers for mail and other little items. I have a bowl on top for keys and things you grab each time you want to leave the house. The baskets on the bottom are great for storing hats and mittens during the winter months or sandals, beach towels, etc during the warmer months.

I added a lamp for coziness. Since this is our entryway I love having dim lighting for when we are entertaining to set a cozy vibe upon entering our home. Guests can also use the basket for storing their own keys and items when they arrive. Being able to conceal items that create clutter is the best way to keep an organized home and the entryway is one of the first impressions of each home.
