A healthy, delicious spin on Swedish meatballs made with almond flour and a rich coconut cream sauce. Perfect for meal prep or a cozy dinner!
what you’ll need:
- almond flour + egg
- ground beef + turkey
- garlic, onion, allspice + nutmeg
- coconut oil for frying
for the sauce:
- beef broth
- coconut cream
- ghee + Dijon mustard

how to make it:
1️⃣ Mix almond flour, egg, garlic, spices, onion, beef, turkey, and parsley in a bowl. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
2️⃣ Fry the meatballs in coconut oil until golden brown and cooked through.
3️⃣ For the sauce: melt ghee, stir in arrowroot, then whisk in beef broth, coconut cream, Dijon, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thick.
4️⃣ Pour the sauce over the meatballs and coat well.
5️⃣ Serve over @eatbanza pasta with parsley on top.
