Need a delicious and healthy summer treat? Try these protein-packed Snickers Protein Pops! Made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and @equipfoods vanilla protein powder, plus a crunchy peanut and chocolate coating 😍🥜
Here’s how to make them:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop @equipfoods vanilla protein powder (use code: TINAEATS for discount)
- 0.25 peanut butter or almond
- 2 tablespoons peanuts
- 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
- 1.5 cups sugar-free chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix the Greek yogurt with peanut butter and @equipfoods vanilla protein.
2. Dollop four circles of the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place popsicle sticks on each, and cover with remaining mixture.
3. Sprinkle with peanuts and chocolate chips. Freeze for 4-6 hours.
4. Melt remaining chocolate chips with coconut oil, dip the pops, and freeze for 30 minutes.
