Protein Brownies! 😍

Ingredients:

- 1 cup mashed banana

- 1/2 cup almond butter

- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup (or regular)

- 1/2 cup chocolate vegan protein powder Earth Chimp

- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 baking pan.

2. Mix mashed banana, almond butter, and maple syrup until smooth. Fold in protein and cocoa powder. Add chocolate chips.

3. Spread mixture in pan, top with extra chocolate chips if desired. Bake 20-25 min. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Optional: Drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup on top
