I love food but am quite lazy to prepare meals myself, so I eat out fairly often. It’s not the healthiest, but I try to hit my protein goals every day. I also love spicy food 🥵
Here are my meal options:
1) BREAKFAST
- usually I skip this bc I have no time in the morning 😂
- if I do eat, I will have bread 🍞
2) LUNCH + DINNER
- any meal with carb + protein (preferably chicken)
- will ask for less carbs, more meat
- e.g. bibimbap, chicken rice, sliced fish noodle, caifan, pork soup
3) OCCASIONAL MEALS
- fried chicken if I really feel like it (not that big on fried stuff)
- KBBQ, hotpot for that indulgence
- prata, naan, butter chicken 🫣
I’m definitely not the healthiest eater, but ensuring that most of my meals are somewhat nutritious has helped me in gaining weight!
