In my opinion there will always be ups and downs in your pregnancy, especially during the first and last trimester. Since the changes are so drastic you almost feel like you’re losing your mind. However, there are some key things that I assure you to make your pregnancy experience 10x better and easier than most.

1) Fuck everyone!!! And I mean this with all due respect, not everyone is going to be supportive and not everyone is going to deserve your energy during these times when you’re the priority. So if someone is giving you a hard time emotionally or mentally SEND THEM TO HELL!!

2) Similar to the first one, surround yourself with people who are always positive and supportive. Make sure to always do things that keep you active and your mind off things that make you worry. Regardless of how worried you are, you still have to finish these 9 months so THUG IT OUT MAMA!💕

3) Eat whatever the hell you want! Don’t worry about weight gain, don’t worry about postpartum body, don’t worry about how many times you’ve eaten today!! Just enjoy the fact that you and your baby are together and in great health and eat whatever you want. ( don’t forget to prioritize nutrition but don’t limit yourself ).

4) Reward yourself for making it this far!!! We may be loosing our freaking minds but hey, we’re doing it!! For example, every week I would go out for ice cream or buy some ice cream so I can stay indoors and binge watch my favorite shows. Once a month I would take a longgggg ass bath ;).

5) Don’t deprive yourself. Whether you have a partner or not, it’s okay if you want to be sexually active… be safe and have fun 😌.
