DIY Board Game

Break out the magnetic tiles and let’s make a unique board game! Breathe life into old toys laying around while working on counting stills. It’s so simple and you can do it with any age.

Here’s how to do it

🎲 Make a board game out of magnetic tiles. Design it however you want

🎲 Grab some toy figurines to be your characters for the game. We used Little People and it was perfect. The size of them allows them to fit in the magnetic tiles and they’re easy for little hands to grasp.

🎲 Make a “starting point” and the end of your board. Use dice to roll

🎲 Count the dots and move that many squares

🎲 First one to the end wins!

This is so fun and open-ended. We LOVED that we could change up our board and make it exactly how we wanted. Have fun with this one!
