Hello everyone๐๐ฝ ! Today imma share with you a simple cake ideas that you can try. Yes bring it back โจ cake jar era โจ. This recipe can make only one jar cake, if you are planning to make a few, just double the recipe. Happy trying!
Ingredients:
Cake:
2 eggs (separate yolks & white)
30ml milk
20ml oil
45g granulated sugar
30g cornstarch
10g matcha powder
Cream:
250g whipping cream
5g matcha powder
5 icing sugar
Steps:
1.In a bowl add mic yolk, milk, oil and sugar and mix until cooperated
2.Add in sifted cornstarch and matcha powder. Mix just until combined
3.In a separate bowl, whip egg white until stif peak.
4.Add 1/3 of the egg white into the cake mixture. Mix it using fold technique. Then add all the mixture in the 2/3 of egg whites. Mix till cooperated.
5.Pour it in 4 inch mold (or a thin baking tray), in the other tray, pour some water to create steam when baking
6.Bake at 180 for 12-15 mins
7.For the cream, whip all the ingredients until soft peak
8.Using a 4 inch jar, layer cakes and cream alternately untill full
9.Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
