Let’s make mini honey butter biscuits with me 🍯🧈💛

One of my fav menu in Texas chicken. A light buttery honey butter biscuits is a perfect side dish for any meal! Or it can be a dessert too 😉. It only took about 45 mins to be done. How easy!!

Ingredients:

Biscuits batter:

226g plain flour

50g castor sugar

14g baking powder

4g salt

115g cold butter

150g cold milk

Glaze:

50g melted butter

50g honey

Steps:

1. Add dry ingredients into one bowl. Mix well all of it until it has breadcrumbs texture. (Can be done with hand or food processor)

2. Gradually add milk into the dry mixture until it become clumpy

3. Scoop the mixture into small balls. This recipe can make 24 pcs

4. Freeze it for 5 mins or until it hardens

5. Bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 mins

6. Glaze the biscuits while it hot

7. Bake for 2 mins at 200. Then glaze again for second coat

8. Best served while warm
