My tips for easy home maintenance with fur babies, or for those fussy about dust on surfaces:

1. 💧WET WIPES💧

I find it useful to keep several packs in different corners of the house (living room tv console/sideboard, bedroom, serviceyard, etc)

Not the best surface cleaner to get rid if dust and dirt, since it’s a disposable option but its handy and quick! It might help to prevent procrastination and the inertia to clean surfaces. But wet wipes may not be suitable for all surfaces! For example, my cats’ bedroom has those wooden cat climbers and normal wet wipes cannot glide on the wood surface easily.

2. 💨HANDHELD VACUUM w/ ATTACHMENTS

As seen in the video, I use my vacuum attachments to clean the surfaces of the wood climbers, bed frame and mattress. I do the same for my own mattress and furniture surfaces around the home too.

I’m using the Dyson V12 Slim Detect Absolute. Attachments that come with the vacuum is the HAIR SCREW TOOL and COMBINATION TOOL.

3. 💗AUTOMATIC FLOOR CLEANER💗

Hearts for this cleaning appliance!!! I shared about this before and really think every home needs one🥹💖 My home is 1,206 sqft and filled with furniture that has to be cleaned under so manual mopping is really tedious, especially if I need to do it often! Some spaces in my home can be narrow as well and the long mop handle of traditional mops may not fit the space.

This automatic floor cleaner cleans my home in half the usual time, has rollers that can be cleaned un the washing machine, and had SUPERB battery life. I probably clean my home 3-4x before I need to recharge! I love it, seriously a highly recommended cleaning appliance from me.

4. [More budget-friendly option] 🌹Magiclean Floor Wiper + Quickle Wet Sheets

I like using this for quick cleans, especially on days I feel my floors need a clean and I don’t want to take out the entire FC7 floor cleaner. It can be bulky!

Only thing about this is each quickle wet sheet will only last for one bedroom area. I use it after frying in the kitchen, or for cleaning the bathroom! Of course this can be used to clean up messes after your fur baby too💚

5. Water-based disinfectant (safe for paws & babies)

I LOVE THIS TOO. I use it not just for pet stuff, but also for disinfecting my bags that has been outside. I always feel a bit iffy just keeping my bag away when it has been out on a thousand of different public surfaces🥹🤢

Safe for kids, pets, anything!!! Not as harsh as usual disinfects and doesn’t have a strong smell too.

6. Pine disinfectant

I use this for deep cleaning their litter boxes once a month! Can be used for cleaning pet stuff 💩💩💩 and bathroom! It smells most similar to Dettol. I heard from the seller that cats may be sensitive to this scent if you’re using it for the first time to clean their litter boxes, so go easy! For me, my cats were all okay so I think it really isnt too bad. I don’t find that the scent lingers after washing to be honest.

I also make a light mixture of this with water and use it to clean their litter box scooper!
