1st time trying Pho

First of all.... How do yall pronounce it? Pho, pha? 🤣🤣🤣

Ok, back to business. This is the first time I actually tried Pho. I've tried to make my own before, but of course, I added my own sprinkle to it.

I used everything that came with the broth except the raw meat that was in there. I just couldn't bring myself to put that in my bowl 😩.

It turned out pretty good, but something in here gives it a semi sweet taste, so I had to doctor it up with pepper and tajin.
