Vintage Cakes NYC

Dear Diary,

I had the best special secret that shouldn’t be as much of a secret that made my birthday so special this year. I had been looking for a cake that was not just the basic cake you see in your average grocery store. I myself love to make a statement and therefore felt that my cake needed to also.

The Fancy Cake Club was able to do that AND I found them on Instagram! It was so easy I went through their profile and saw they had that retro/vintage style I was looking for and it was buttercream. All I had to do was fill out the form which asked so many questions I would have never thought of and the cake was fabulous.

I got it as funfetti and was able to get whatever I wanted written on it. It cost about $150 and I was able to get literally everything I wanted on it. She actually brought my vision to life and made the day truly special. I highly recommend eating them with champagne glasses, it makes it way more fun!

I would totally order the cake again as it literally made my birthday so special. It was just in my apartment and with my close friends this year and I wanted it to be small and intimate and make me feel loved and that was exactly what I got.I was so happy. Until next year!
