Journaling is one of my favorite ways to get clear on what it is I’m feeling, it’s a way to express yourself, set goals, and release emotions.
Here are 3 of my favorite ways to journal:
1. Brain dump. Write out anything you’re thinking and feeling to release and let go
2. Write down what you’re grateful for in this moment - this can be anything, big or small. Write it down then sit in the feelings of gratitude for a few moments.
3. Future thinking: write down your goals and your ideal dream life, as if it already exists. As you read back, feel the feelings of this all being present in your life. Now reflect - what do you need to do to help yourself get there?
