Dill was the first restaurant in Iceland to earn a Michelin Star. It is truly magical dining experience with ingredients that highlight the flora and fauna of Iceland. From the moment we walked through the door, we could tell Dill was special. The atmosphere was cool and polished, but relaxed. The food was incredible and served by the chefs who offered a story of the history of the dish and it’s ingredients. The Sommelier also offered lovely stories to accompany our drink pairings.
