Easy Sheet Pan Meal 🍽️✨

Tonight we made the sheet pan monterey jack un-fried chicken with roasted carrots & potatoes from Hello Fresh.

I wasn’t expecting to love this much as much as I did, but this was honestly probably one of my favorites that we’ve tried so far! The cheesy breadcrumb topping with ranch seasoning on the chicken was delicious!
