Boosting your milk supply!

Breastfeeding momma here!!

This is a drink that I make to keep my milk supply steady and my little baby happy 🥰

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of 1 minute oats

1/2 cup of chocolate powder of choice

2 cups of almond milk or milk of choice

A dash of cinnamon

And blend

I drink this at a maximum of 2x a week and no more
