Easy Pot Roast

One 5-6 lb chuck roast

4-5 Cups of potatoes

3 Large carrots

1 Large onion

1 Pack Lipton Soup Mix - (onion)

2 Cans cream of mushroom soup.

Set on high for 8 hours or low for 10 but if you are doing a smaller chuck roast around 3 - 4 lbs or smaller then it will need to be on low.
