My favorite ramen hack

I made this steak ramen in my earlier tiktok days and it went pretty viral. People either love it or hate it🤣 but it is definitely one of the most ramen dish I’ve ever had it and I really hope you give this a try!

There’s not really recipe for this. Instructions are pretty straightforward.

A pound of steak(sirloin or rib-eye), season with 1/2 packet of Shin ramen seasoning and splash of soy sauce. Sear it in 3 tbsp butter until your preferred done-ness and add the cooked/drained ramen.Stir in the other 1/2 packet of seasoning the. Done!
