My favorite way to make avocado toast. Sooo simple but there’s just something about grating the eggs that’s a game changer 😍

👩🏻‍🍳INGREDIENTS:

Bread of choice

Avocado 🥑

Hard boiled egg 🥚

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Sea salt

Hot sauce or hot honey to drizzle on top

👩🏻‍🍳INSTRUCTIONS:

Simply toast your bread, lightly butter it, smash avocado on top, grate 1 hard boiled egg and Parmesan cheese on top. And finally, top with some hot sauce & sea salt👌
