👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS:
15.5 oz. can organic chickpeas, rinsed & drained
½ cup @prozis unsalted almond butter (code KATIE10)
⅓ cup oat flour
¼ cup granulated monk fruit
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt 🧂
⅔ cup @hu chocolate dark baking chips (100g)

Add in all ingredients aside from the chocolate chips in food processor. Process until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and pulse a couple of times just to combine. Use a cookie scoop the dough and add to a baking sheet. Bake at 350°F 12-15 min.
Makes 12 large cookies 🍪
