👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS:
👉Filling:
15 pitted medjool dates (200g)
2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
👉Coating:
Melted dark chocolate (with a little coconut oil if needed) - I like @hu & used 100g or so

These are soooo easy to make!!
Soak dates in a bowl of hot water for ten minutes. Drain & pat dry. In a food processor, combine all the filling ingredients. Spread filling into a small dish, such as a loaf pan. Freeze for 3-4 hours to get really firm and solid. Cut into 15 squares. Melt chocolate and dip each square in the chocolate. Top with sea salt if desired. Chill until chocolate is firm & enjoy!
