High Protein Coffee Chocolate Chip Ice Cream ☕️

I’ve been making cottage cheese ice cream nonstop now that it’s nice and hot here in FL ☀️

If you like coffee you are going to LOVE this one 😍 Feel free to need around with the mix ins! You could also do my date caramel, your favorite cookies, cacao nibs, etc.!

👩🏻‍🍳INGREDIENTS:

16 oz. 1% organic cottage cheese

1/4 cup organic maple syrup

1/4 cup decaf cold brew coffee

40-50g chocolate chips (I like hu or lilys)

Mix together the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and coffee in a ninja creami pint container. Freeze until almost completely frozen. Mix using the lite ice cream filter. Add in the chocolate chips and use the mix in feature.
