1 lb. organic grass fed ground beef (85%)
1/2 cup organic almond flour
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 large organic egg
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (omit if dairy free)

In a small bowl, combine the almond flour and almond milk. Set aside. And a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients plus the almond flour mixture. Mix & form 21 meatballs. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 400°F
