High Protein Dessert Quesadillas 🍓🍌🍫

👩🏻🍳 INGREDIENTS:
Small batch protein #nutella :
👉2 tbsp creamy hazelnut butter (be sure it’s plain with no sugar or anything added)
👉1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
👉20g protein powder (vanilla or unsweetened)
👉1 tbsp organic maple syrup
Remaining #quesadilla ingredients:
👉2 tortillas - I used @riseandpuff organic tortillas - Code COOKINGKATIELADY10 for a discount
👉4-5 large strawberries, sliced
👉1/2 small banana, sliced

👩🏻🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine the protein Nutella ingredients in a small bowl. Make 1 slit from the middle of each tortilla to the edge. Spread the nutella on two of the corners of each tortilla and your fruit on the other two. Fold each corner up over another. Cook for about 3-4 minutes each side on a pan & dig in!!
If you want a lower calorie & carb option, you can use a low carb tortilla too 😊
