Sugar Free Candied Pecans 🍁🎄
A classic holiday favorite sweet but with no guilt!

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cup plain, unsalted pecan halves
1/3 cup monk fruit or natural sweetener of choice
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbsp egg whites
1/2 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until pecans are fully coated. Spread out onto prepared baking sheet into a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring half way through.
