INGREDIENTS:

馃崬Bread:

馃崬French toast mixture:

馃憠1 large egg

馃憠30 grams vanilla protein powder - I used the Prozis聽natural vanilla whey isolate - 馃毃 Code KATIE10 for 10% off! Link in bio 馃

馃憠1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

馃憠1 tsp vanilla extract

馃憠1 tsp cinnamon

馃憠录 tsp nutmeg

馃崬For the filling:

馃憠4 tbsp creamy almond butter - I use @prozis

馃憠1 medium banana, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Spread the almond butter evenly among each slice of bread. Line the sliced bananas among two of the slices. Place the other slices on top of the slices with the bananas.

2. Whisk all ingredients together for the French toast mixture in a medium mixing bowl.

3. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

4. Drench each slice of bread generously in the protein egg mixture.

5. Place each slice in your preheated skillet & cook for about 3 minutes on each side.

One serving = 1 stuffed piece of French toast.
