Easy, Healthier Homemade Hash Browns 🍟

I made the most delicious, easy, & fresh hash browns with only 5 ingredients using my mini pie/quiche maker. You could also put these in muffin tins and bake in the oven! These taste too good and way better than the fried kind you’d normally see 😊

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs potatoes, grated & all liquid squeezed out

¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

⅓ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

2 tbsp Irish grass fed butter, melted 🧈

1 tsp minced garlic 🧄

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until fully incorporated. Divide the mixture in your mini pie maker (fill them pretty full to compress when you press the pie maker down). Allow to cook for about 8 minutes or so. Repeat process with remaining potatoes (should make you 18 hash browns).
