Small Batch High Protein Oreo Balls

INGREDIENTS:
➡️60 grams protein powder - I did 30g vanilla, 20g cookies & cream, and 10g chocolate to get my “oreo” flavor - Use the code KATIE10 for 10% off @prozis protein
➡️ 2 tbsp low fat cream cheese
➡️ 1 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
➡️ 35g @lilys melted dark chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine the protein powder, cream cheese, & Greek yogurt in a medium bowl until a sticky dough forms. Use a cookie scoop to form 4 protein balls. Freeze for ten minutes or so to firm up. Coat the protein balls in the melted chocolate, top with sea salt (optional) and allow to firm up in the fridge. Enjoy!
