hi all! wanted to share the combination of supplements I take on a regular basis to support my health goals 🏆:

- improve my mood, regulate hormones

- brighten my complexion

- support my joints and prevent cartilage degradation

here’s a brief rundown of each supplement I take:

1. Melatonin

🌷buy from watsons / guardian / holistic way on Lazada for cheaper! there’s often flash deals and bundle deals that’s not available at retail stores.

🌷 if you’re starting out, start with the lowest dosage (0.5mg-3mg), it might be cheaper as well 🤑 mines ~$12 for 30 5mg tablets

🌷 remember that this isn’t suitable for long term use, just occasional sleep support!

2. French Pine Bark (Pycnogenol)

🌷 I bought mine on Lazada from LAC for ~$180 for 175 tablets. was on flash deal and stacked with vouchers and coins so imo it’s pretty worth it. retail is ~$320.

🌷 recommended 1-2 tablets per day, but personally I eat 1 on alternate days or sometimes daily depending on my health and needs at that point in time. works great for me and I still see the effects on my skin and mood!

3. Elderberry extract

🌷got mine from iHerb, ~$19 for 120ml.

🌷 I drink about one teaspoon every 2 days, or daily when I’m down with a flu/cold bc this really speeds up recovery.

4. Calcium + D3 and minerals

🌷got from Watsons during a Caltrare pop up for ~$30 for 100 tablets?

🌷 I eat 1 daily

5. Glucosamine

🌷 ~$100 for 240 tablets in Guardian (when there’s discount), can’t really find this online

🌷 I eat 2 on alternate days, and 2 after a run or high impact activities. really helps with cartilage recovery.

6. Fish Oil (Omega-3-6-9 fatty acids)

🌷~$50 for 150 softgels from Guardian! there’s often bundle promos which will be cheaper 🤭.

🌷I eat 3 everyday bc I have an underlying condition and it helps with that! but before I had the condition, I ate 2 daily and it worked well for me ☺️.
