🇲🇾Bukit Jalil’s hottest Japanese bar and restaurant

Recently, I went to The Coaster, a Japanese bar and restaurant in Bukit Jalil, to try their new menu! This restaurant really stole my heart, with great service, delicious food, and an environment perfect for taking photos - the perfect dining experience 💕

I ordered the Siam Salmon Sashimi and Oceanic Oyster Sashimi 🦪 Both dishes had very fresh seafood with bright colors and a smooth texture. As a Japanese bar and restaurant, their sashimi is definitely worth a try 😍

I also tried the Crispy Eggplant Delight, a deep-fried eggplant dish with yuzu sauce and cheese, which was very unique. The Nyonya Tiger Shrimp Bowl is also a highly recommended dish, with tender shrimp and Nyonya-style flavor 🤤

Lastly, I tried the Salmon Cahan, a dish that combines fried rice and salmon. Every bite had salmon and the taste was amazing 😍

The Coaster is definitely a restaurant worth recommending. If you love seafood and Japanese cuisine, you definitely can't miss out on their new menu! Not only is the food delicious, but you can also take many beautiful photos here 📸
