I like to say 'eat healthier' instead of 'dieting' because it could just include things like cooking more at home, or adding more colors to your plate. Also cutting out added sugars and less processed foods are also great goals.

💰Get serious about your finances - this is the year that we get our finances together! Set a budget that you actually can stick to. It's a great idea to comb through your spending from the year before to see where you income went.
