How to Organize Your Coat Closet

If you are like me and live in an apartment/plan on living in an apartment for the next few years, you know that storage is usually tight. Luckily my apartment has a coat closet, but as you can see, it is jampacked. But, I found some useful products that helped me organize the chaos and keep it clean.

Over-the-door shoe organizer: This product was a game changer. Since I was running out of space in the closet, I realized I should utilize the door and found this amazing shoe organizer. It comes with 3 hooks that slide over your door and easily holds the weight of 12 pairs of shoes.

Screw in Hooks - this is a cheap and easy way to organize smaller items on the sides of your closet. I used the hooks to organize all my hats on one side and me and my boyfriend's tennis racks on the other.

2-tier shoe shelf - This is another affordable way to organize your closet. I love that it came with 2 tiers so I could have lots of space to store my shoes. And if my closet was taller I could easily stack them on top of each other.
