One Pot Cheeseburger Mac

8 slices thick cut bacon

1 lb ground beef

1/2 white onion(diced)

2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp yellow mustard

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 can fire roasted diced Tomatos

2.5 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

16oz pasta shells

12 oz velveeta

Cook bacon and set aside. Remove majority of bacon grease and cook ground beef and onion. Add black pepper, garlic powder, mustard, and W sauce as well as diced Tomatos. Then pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Shells are then added and bring that to a simmer, then cover. Stir every few min until most of liquid is absorbed and shells are Al dente. Stir in Velveeta until melted and well combined. Add bacon to top once you ate to keep it crispy. Enjoy!
